Return & Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are confident you will enjoy our products you purchased. If at any time within 30 days of delivery or during the stated period below you wish to return the product you purchased directly from JCL Mart, you may return the product according to the conditions bellow.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and 10% restocking fees if applicable. Please certify and insure all shipments and obtain a tracking number, as JCL Mart® is not responsible for lost or damaged items occurred during the return shipping.

Return Procedure

  1. Please send an email to JCLmartCS@JCLMart.com for a RMA# and specific instruction before returning any product.
  2. The product must be returned within 5 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
  3. Please write your RMA number on the return label of your package. Be sure your RMA number is clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of the package the item is being returned. No refunds or replacements will be issued without an RMA number on the package.
  4. All product returned must be accompanied by proof or purchase, such as the original purchase receipt, invoice, copy of order or an emailed version of these confirmations.
  5. The products must be in the original package. Products must be secured properly for shipping and packed appropriately including all accessories, cables, cds, and manuals. Products returned with missing accessories or damaged due to improper packaging are subject to higher restocking fees.

Product Acceptance Policy

All returned product that does not meet the following criteria will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer.

  1. The returned product must be in its “ORIGINAL, UNALTERED, and UNUSED” condition AND in its original package with all accessories in the packing unused.
  2. Products must be absent of visible markings, such as pen ink, labels, Velcro, magic marker, stickers, paint, oils and grease, glue, tape, etc.
  3. Products must be absent of physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, chips, tears, dents, compressions, etc.
  4. After issuance of a valid RMA Number the product must be returned within 5 days or the product will be refused.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items as listed below but not limited to cannot be returned:

  • Water replacement filters, pre-filters and meters
  • Special sale or clearance items
  • Old generation or stopped products by manufactures
  • Software
  • Subscriptions
  • CD's
  • DVD's
  • Downloadable Products

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR JEWELRY PRODUCTS

If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase - for any reason - return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping or replace it.

  • Full refund of purchase price on all returned items less the cost of shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 billing cycles of receipt of return with email notification of refund.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping cost.

(* Refunds will only be issued against items that are returned in undamaged and in their original condition with the tag, the jewelry box, and the appraisal certificate if selected with the order. 10% restocking fee will be charged if above items are not met. Please review our terms for issue of refunds.)

How to Return an Item

  • 1 Email Us - Email customer service at JCLmartCS@JCLmart.com. We will send you RMA and Return & Exchange Form for you to fill up. We will NOT accept any return WITHOUT RMA and REF.
  • 2 Complete the REF(Return & Exchange Form)
  • 3 Pack Your Return - Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the return form and invoice with your return.
  • 4 Ship Your Return - Ship your return using a traceable preferably insured method of shipment (e.g.: USPS Priority Post, UPS, FedEx) along with signature confirmation. That way you are protected against any loss during shipment. We will not responsible for any lost item during return shipping.

Note: Don't use the word "Gold" in the company name of the return address to keep the product safe.

  • 5 Check Your Email - We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return, and that the proper credit or debit card account has been credited. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we have received your return. Returns against items paid for by check or money order will be refunded by check.

How to Make an Exchange

We would be happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item (of the same value) if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase*, and ship it to you for FREE of charge.

To make an exchange please follow the listed steps:

  • 1 Email Us - Email customer service at JCLmartCS@JCLmart.com. We will send you RMA and Return & Exchange Form for you to fill up.
  • 2 Complete Returns & Exchange Form - Complete the Returns & Exchange Form and enclose with your exchange.
  • 3 Ship Your Exchange - Ship your exchange using a traceable method of shipment (e.g.: USPS Priority Post, FedEx). We recommend that the package is insured, that way you are protected against any loss during shipment.

Note: Don't use the word "Gold" in the company name of the return address to keep the product safe.

  • 4 Check Your Email - We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your exchange. Your exchange will be processed in 2 business days of its receipt and shipped back to you for FREE.

*(Exchanges will be made only if the returned items are in their original undamaged condition.)

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR WATCHES

If you're not completely satisfied with your watch purchase -for any reason - you can return and get refund within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays the return shipping fee. The returning item must be in the original condition and in the original box with receipt and all original packing material, tags, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and any other materials that came with the item. For you own protection, you may wish to insure the item you are returning. If you choose not to insure the package - all liability is yours. If you think you may want to return the item, do not use it. For watches, do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return. Don't take the stick off the box. If your returned item shows signs of being worn, altered, or damage on the box with the stick, we will be unable to refund your money.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR WATER IONIZERS AND WATER FILTERS

During the first 60 days you wish to return your item, must be in the unopened original packaging in new and unused condition with all of its original parts, DVDs, and paperwork intact, we will give you a full refund, less 10% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for both original shipping and return shipping costs. The costs of free shipping provided by JCL Mart will be deducted from the purchaser’s refund.

All ionizers and filters shipped in the USA require Adult Signature confirmation upon delivery. JCL Mart® is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the post office delivery confirmation shows that your package was delivered, please contact your local post or delivery service. An option to purchase delivery insurance is offered if this is a concern.

JCL Mart® cannot be responsible for any delay in the delivery of packages, or for delay by customs inspection of International orders.

RETURN POLICY FOR REPLACMENT FILTERS, PRE-FILTERS, AND METERS

We don't accept return and give NO refund on filters since all filter sales are final. If a filter was damaged in shipping, we will send a replacement and the damaged filter must be returned to us within 5 business days or we must charge full price for it.
