SHIPPING POLICY

FOR US ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN US 49 CONTINENTAL STATES:

We provide free shipping on all orders over $49. We charge a flat rate $5.90 for orders under $49.

All orders over $200 and other high value orders will require the signature confirmation upon delivery. Please make sure be available for signature when your order is delivered.

Most Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before being picked up for shipment provided the shipping address is same as the billing address. Occasionally the orders for some special items can take more days to process and delivery.
If you want to buy any Levenhuk product or RC product, please send an email to JCLmartcs@jclmart.com to check availability first.
Currently we don't ship to PO Boxes. If the buyer's shipping address is different from the buyer's billing address, we will need to verify all necessary information before shipping out. Please provide the valid email address and phone number during checking out in order to avoid delay. The order will be cancelled if we are not able to contact buyer and verify addresses.

We use carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or other carriers to ship the items depending the its size/weight and destination.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, OR DHL for shipment, you will receive an automated email notification confirming shipment along with your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your order in transit until it reaches you or your recipient.
Please provide the valid email address during checking out so that we can notify you regarding your order status and tracking number.

Track your order online:
Use the link on your email shipment confirmation, which will take you directly to the carrier's website. There you can review your order details and track the status of your shipment instantly.
 

SHIPPING FOR JEWELRY PRODUCTS

For jewelry items, we offer two shipping methods: USPS Priority/Express Mail, and FedEx Priority/Express & International. We use Fedex 2days most for speed and reliability. We don't ship to PO Boxes. All shipments are fully insured for the value of the package and will include signature confirmation unless otherwise indicated in the order notes.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international jewelry orders, we only ship via FedEx International shipping. The buyers are responsible for international shipping charges, custom duties, VAT tax if applicable.
